Production & Shipping Timelines

Every Keepsake Harbor product is crafted to order with personalized care. Our standard production time is 3 to 5 business days.

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days after production.
• Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after production.
• Rush Production: Moves your order to the front of our crafting queue with 1 to 2 business days of production.

Personalization & Proofs

For custom handwriting or complex photo pieces, we will send a digital proof to your email within 24 to 48 hours of your order. Production begins only after you approve the proof. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.

Return Policy

Due to the unique, personalized nature of our keepsakes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in the craftsmanship on our part.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at studio@keepsakeharbor.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will prioritize a replacement for you.
